We blew a tire last weekend on our car. Emergency roadside took it to the dealership. They were not going to be able to fix it till Wednesday. We called Walt's and they were very responsive. The whole experience was positive from talking to Sandy at the office over the phone or talking to Brian the tow truck driver. Hopefully I do not need another tow anytime soon , but if I do I will call Walt's towing.

I was very impressed with the service from Walt's. My vehicle was disabled and not able to be driven at a friends' house. I needed to get it out of their way quickly. I would say it took 30 minutes to arrive from time of call including 20 minutes travel from their location. Sandy the dispatcher kept me well updated. Brian arrived with a good truck and good attitude, got my vehicle loaded nicely with care of somebody who knew what to do smoothly and dropped in my driveway 30 minutes later. Thank you Brian!!! Thank you Sandy!!! The price was very reasonable, service was excellent, five stars.

Zach, a very courteous and professional man, answered the phone yesterday and gave me a more reasonable quote than anyone else I had contacted. They couldn't get my SUV here to Denver last night, but he said they could store it for me and deliver it today... So this morning Amanda delivers it and she's such a pleasant person, very professional and kind. I appreciate y'all. God bless.
