I initially booked Wall 2 Wall through the UHaul app for a move in May, 2025. A little health incident caused me to postpone the move until today, August 16, 2025. Emily was wonderful to work with the whole way through, kind, patient, and understanding. When it was time to reschedule the move, I did not even consider looking elsewhere. She quoted me the same price as three months ago and we were booked. Today, Jerrik and Derrin sent a text when they were on their way, arrived even a few minutes early, and immediately got to work.
