Had such a great guest/shopping experience today at this location. All the ladies working were extremely helpful, especially Angela. She really took the time to help me find products I needed for an upcoming vacation. Went out of her way to be helpful, friendly and really went above and beyond.

I always come to either this location to purchase my two favorite perfumes or Sephora, but I opted for Ulta this time. I have no problem with having to ask to have them unlocked as a means of loss prevention, however it took me quite a while to catch the attention of any employee, and when I was checking out at the register 3 employees went to stand by the exit (I’m guessing as a means of loss prevention). It was very off putting. After having to interrupt a lengthy conversation between two employees to even get the items to the counter, it was frustrating to see 3 emerge to guard the exit. Employees were super helpful however store was jammed packed so there was a lot of product missing, something gs weren’t grouped together so it was a little hard to find some things but the workers helped out a lot
