One person working at the reception desk combined with a client who seemed to be a little high maintenance made for an exceptionally long check-in process. In addition to the high maintenance client there were three other people ahead of me trying to check in. Perhaps an electronic check-in system like my chiropractor's office would alleviate this? Otherwise, the reception person was very friendly and welcoming. The therapist was ok. I will try a different therapist on my next visit.

My wife and I recently went in for a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We both were looking for some deep tissue work and were pleasantly surprised at just how great a job our masseuses did in getting at all the knots. The only bad part is I got so relaxed I fell asleep and woke myself up snoring much to my wife’s amusement

I've been going there for 12-15 years. The quality of the massage is good. They rotate employees but I think all franchise massage businesses can say the same. Everyone is always polite and professional. I had a facial recently and was impressed as well. Their services and people get a 4 or 5 out of 5 stars. Their booking system is TERRIBLE. They send you an email almost every day with availability and then when you book on line you get a call that the time you booked isn't available. If I could give is less than 0 stars I would. I'm thinking about cancelling after all these years because I'm so annoyed they can't get that right. Literally: I've made about 8 attempts...read full review
