I brought my elderly Mother to UC Health Urgent Care this morning & what A Wonderful experience with All the Staff , Karla @ the front desk was so kind & helpful with my Mother , Jessica that took all the info. for the issues that was concerning my Mother was So Nice & Very Pleasant to talk with. We were seen by Eileen Flavin Np & she was Very Kind & Caring , she answered all our questions after her examination was completed & a referral was given for a specialist that would benefit my Mother's issue . We were treated so well @ UC Health Urgent Care that I will use them again if needed . Thanks To All the Staff for you are Truly Very Caring .
Great experience. Low wait time on my visit. I came in to get checked out for laryngitis so I couldn’t talk the entire visit. Jason M., my nurse I believe, made my visit so much better, great personality and very understanding to my situation. Definitely lighted up my week after the frustration of not being able to talk for so long. All the staff was very kind and supportive. My nurse practitioner, Jordan Ashley I believe, was able to set me with a diagnosis immediately and help me same day. Great experience compared to other urgent cares. I just wanna thank all the staff.
