Rachel M. has the nastiest demeanor and bed side manner...I almost asked her if she wanted to get someone else to help me because she seemed like she had some kind of issue helping me... and then the rest of my visit I questioned if I was really even getting quality care.

I see why there are so many one star review if this office. First, a two minute visit with a NP was $461, not including the lab work. When we had to go back several days later because my wife wasn't getting better, she ordered a cat scan. I guess no one at the office is smart enough to work a fax machine to get the orders sent, so I had to drive 20 miles back to their office to pick up a hard copy to take to the imagine center we requested, which is in the office RIGHT NEXT DOOR!! I guess they aren't only not smart enough to work a fax, but also are too lazy to get off their butts for a twenty food walk. Zero stars. You may as well lie down in traffic & wait for someone to hit you & call an ambulance. You'll receive better care.I have been having symptoms for a few days but tested negative at home every day. This morning my airway was swollen and I was having trouble getting air. So I went to urgent care to be tested and hopefully get an antiviral med or antibiotic if it was Strep. I tested positive for Covid, but due to a technicality they refused to prescribe meds. Mind you, I can't breathe comfortably. They couldn't give steroids, but offered an albuterol inhaler. My whole point of going in was to get something to help me fight this, and get some rest.
