They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Always respectful and I enjoy every time I have dealt with them. This is the best radiology department in the city.

I was here for a CT scan with contrast which necessitated them putting an IV in my arm. For the past couple of years, I've struggled with my veins popping up or being unavailable. It's been quite an issue actually. So when the technicians and the nurses went to give me the contrast and put the IV in my arm, they couldn't find a vein. This is no fault of theirs at all. In fact, I commend them on the amount of patience and continual effort to get this to work. They were very apologetic when they had to poke me a few times, and we're very concerned about it and kept asking me if I wanted to continue, and that they'd understand if I didn't. I, of course, wanted to get this done so I could see the results, so we continued and eventually had a successful CT scan. I can't commend enough each of the staff members who were there that day, who made me feel like I was actually important and that they were actually concerned for my well-being.

I was treated promptly and with courtesy. The results came back in a timely manner. I liked the overall experience and will most likely use their facility again.

I highly recommend UCHealth Radiology. The people are kind and compassionate. My experience here has been great.

I had an exceptional experience at the UC HEALTH RADIADIOGY DEPT. at Printers Park. This I say this is because I had refused to return several years prior but my doctor needed the trays from them and it had to be today so I went. My experience was total deferent than before. I was treated with respect and shown kindness. Which I had never received before. I wasn't just a number. I was asked questions as to why, how important, and so forth. Genuine concern was shown. I never received that before. From the time I registered to the time my trays were taken, I was comfortable and completely at ease. I wasn't rushed or pushed. I was waited on like I was in a restaurant. After my trays were taken, the young lady walked me and my spouse to the new exit door and thanked us
