Bottom line it's been two years and still waiting on tax returns from 2020 and 2019. the worst part is I can't get consistent feedback. sporadic returned calls and no resolution after I've already paid them in excess of $800 for tax services. I had a 2018 tax debt that I needed to be looked into. Simeon stated that due to all the delays he would take care of the tax debt. long story short 1.THAT DID NOT HAPPENED 2. MY WAGES WERE GARNISHED BY THE IRS. 3. HE DIDNT HONOR HIS WORD. 4. I HAVENT HEARD FROM THE TAX BUREAU SINCE THAT PROMISE. To date I'm still waiting on tax returns x 2years. I hate writing bad reviews, but I'm in the customer service business. This is NOT the way to do business. I chose to support African American small business, dismissing the common stereotypes, but it hasn't worked out. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next tax season

Went to them to do my taxes since I'd seen them advertise on TV. They were offering a 30% off tax prep fee special and I'd read rave reviews about them, so decided to give them a try. Initially things were going very smoothly... until we got to the end of the appointment, when disappointment started to set in. The fee for a VERY SIMPLE tax return was $250 before the 30% off. I was not expecting that. What did it for me was the only fee-free way to get your refund is a prepaid Visa gift card; to have my refund direct deposited or even to receive a paper check was going to cost between $60 and $70. I've never heard of such a thing! Seems to me there's something fishy going on there. I recommend staying away from these shysters.
