Don't waste your time and especially don't waste your money. Just left there and I was quoted a price AFTER they kept canceling services on me and it wasn't honored. And while we were waiting, people were walking in to receive the services that they had canceled on us.

Come for the luxury and love the services. Or, come for the services and love the luxury. Either way you will not be disappointed. This is spa has it all. From the time that I checked in to the end of my stay I felt pampered and taken care. of. The staff was accommodating and my treatment left me wanting to book another one as soon as possible. I purchased a product from the boutique and ordered food from the grill and had it delivered to me after my service. Perfect ! You will be happy that you called the Spa at Flying Horse.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Megan, the massage therapist, did an amazing job helping relieve the tension in my muscles after several days of cleaning and heavy lifting during a move.
The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
I also appreciated that the spa services include access to the locker room amenities such as showers and a steam room, which was a nice way to unwind after the massage. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had a CBD Relaxation massage by Joshua. I was so impressed. Joshua is a true professional and a master at relaxation massage. He was able to scratch the itches I wasn't aware I had. I highly recommend!!!

Josh and Kelsey were wonderful for our 80 minute couples massages! I workout a lot and Josh got all of my sore and tense spots helping me feel brand new! My wife feels renewed and relaxed thanks to Kelsey as well! Thank you for the wonderful experience, we’ll be back!

I have had lots of messages in many different spas, however we have been here twice and both times Megan has been excellent, I highly recommend this spa.

Fantastic experience! The spa was amazing!! I visited 3 days and every treatment was so relaxing and refreshing! I got a body wrap , massage, facial and a blow out for myself and my niece had a massage and pedicure. The shop has great items, I purchased the softest cashmere sweater. The staff is amazing! I will be back next year! I highly recommend visiting here for your next pampering session

First, the good: the spa facilities are beautiful and very clean, a relaxing vibe as soon as you enter. The staff are attentive and professional. My husband and I had a couples massage while staying at the resort for a weekend. My massage therapist, Joshua, was absolutely amazing and I had one of the best massage experiences of my life. I really appreciated how carefully Joshua paid attention to my body’s specific needs; this was not a cookie cutter massage, he really customized it to meet my needs and pay special attention to my funky shoulder. My husband’s massage therapist was Victor and he also had a great experience. Having recently had shoulder surgery, he had some specific needs and Victor took great care of him.

Now, the not so good: the spa does not have its own locker room facility, but rather shares it with the large athletic club on property. The facility itself is beautiful and has many great amenities. However, I got a very clear “non-members aren’t welcome” vibe from the other ladies in the locker room. While I was showering after my treatment, someone came and started banging on my door and trying to enter my shower space. I couldn’t see her clearly through the frosted glass, but it appeared to be another guest, and she wouldn’t go away for several minutes. There were many unsupervised young teenagers using the facilities, whispering and laughing at other guests; I felt like the new kid in a high school gym. Finally, even other adults in the space were making rude, unwelcoming comments (e.g., “I’m going to go sit in the sauna, and hopefully when I come out *the riff raff* will be gone.”) Cool, I definitely enjoy being described as riff raff at a 4-star resort after paying $500 for a massage. This was a quick way to stomp out all the relaxation that I’d just achieved in my massage.

All in all, I would probably return if in town again because the service quality was spectacular, but would avoid the athletic club in general as it’s very clear that there’s an in-crowd and if you’re not in, you’re not welcome.
