Rampart Supply helped me locate a repair part for a Mansfield toilet. The builder notes on my home incorrectly identified my toilet. I called Rampart and spoke with Alex and sent him pictures of the part and of the information on the bottom of the lid. He helped me to get the part quickly and I was able to complete the repair. The parts area and the staff there are also very organized. I am not a plumber but I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Truly a great store and supply!

Looking for sinks for my basement refinish that I wasn't able to find at Home Depot or Lowe's and someone recommended Rampart to me. Now, I knew they did plumbing supplies, but I didn't realize that they had an entire show room of all things bathroom next-door. The way this works, in times of Covid, is you make an appointment and go into the show room to find what you like. There you will have a very helpful sales person go through your options with you. After you select what you want, you then go next-door to the warehouse where they give you your product. Now, in my particular case they did not have what I was looking for. They had a much more expensive option, so I passed, but the experience, and the helpful customer service, would bring me back in the future. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Worst place to deliver if you're a trucker. They took more the 48 hours to unload 20 pallets. 48 hours!!!!! Worst place ever

I'm not a professional plumber but I do know a good bit about simple home plumbing. I needed to put some piping back together on a jetted tub. Knowing that the temperature and air flow are more intense I wanted to ensure that I purchased the right adhesive. They were very helpful at trying to ensure that I had the best product for the job. I will certainly come back int the future.

I stopped by Rampart Plumbing & Heating Supply to inquire about two plumbing items I needed for specialty purposes. I took a number for the service queue, and Donovan called my number after a few minutes. I explained what I needed, and Donovan patiently searched for two items that would fit my needs. He went out of his way to locate two products that worked perfectly! All-in-all, a fantastic experience--courteous customer service, reasonable prices, and items that fit my needs exactly!

I am NOT a professional plumber but I came in 3-4 different times for various issues with my hot water heater. Caleb, Steve and Jet were EXCELLENT!!! Those guys went out of their way to help me out with advice, parts, pricing and more. They connected me with the manufacturer who helped walk me through the fix action. I can't say how impressed I was with have courteous and professional they were. I don't know the experiences with anyone else but as for me, I'd refer them to anyone who needed parts. Great company.

I've gone to Rampart a couple of times now for parts for small household plumbing jobs, and all I can say is that these folks are awesome! They know what they are doing and try to help me solve my problems as cheaply as possible. They are super helpful and don't talk to me like I'm an idiot (which I kind of am when it comes to plumbing stuff). I wish every business had people as good as Rampart.

Used these guys for my business. They did a pretty good job. I loke the products the the quality of them. The down side was we had placed the order via fax with a note saying to call with questions. After a day, I can''ed them to make sure the order was received. They told me it had been received and should be ready for pick up in a few days (they had to transfer a couple items from Denver which was expected). I called a few days later to inquire and the order hadn't been processed yet...But, they realized the mistake and took care of it for me. Note: If you preorder your material, you can pick it up at the Kwik Desk and note have to wait as long!
