Derrick was awesome to work with from start to finish. I had several contractors bid on my roof repairs and I knew that Derrick was the right guy for me. I explained to him that I had a terrible roof insurance policy and that my insurance agent did not explain to me the lack of coverage that I had. Sold my house with a short closing time frame as requested by the Buyers. After the Buyers inspection, it was noted that the roof appeared questionable. Derrick (owner) and his company was highly recommended by my Realtor. With very short notice, Derrick was on the roof evaluating marking and took photos showing gross hail damage, which ultimately needed replacement. Besides the roof, Derrick walked around the entire exterior of the house pointing out and taking photos of more hail damage. The next day Derrick came back to be on the roof again to assist the Insurance claims adjuster. Derrick also took time to work with the Buyer who requested to choose the color. Derrick and Lisa did an excellent job managing my task. I contracted them for a very large job of replacing my roof, my windows, painting the house, the garage doors, and some electrical plumbing work that had to be done inside. It was very large task and they oversaw and contracted out to all the groups that were necessary, when they were doing the roof, they found a load bearing truss that had been originally installed wrong, but had been sealed up by the original manufacturer of the home so that the damage wasn’t visibly apparent I am thrilled that they did that and I would never would’ve known if I had had that problem in the first place without them... read full review
