Dylan Vasquez has always been a great worker and ambassador for Terminix. One of his qualities we most appreciate is that he is inobtrusive - He is thorough in his work and at the same time respectful of our activities. Terminix always alerts us by text when they are arriving, when they have arrived, when they have completed the inspection, and immediately follows up the visit with a detailed report.

Makya was the best exterminator I’ve ever had his knowledge on bugs and how to kill them was immaculate. He even helped out by placing glue traps for the mouse problem. He explained all the processes so thoroughly that even I could understand. He even gave us his personal card so we could contact him if we needed anymore assistance.

So thankful that Terminix always has my back! When I called them I was going crazy between the wasps and ants because I am severely allergic to wasps. I found out that I had them in my walls, leading them straight into my house ? Terminix took this seriously and with one visit they were gone!! ? I pay for a 365 service and I wouldn't have it any other way! Customer service is amazing and overall, I just feel like they are on top of things.
