I called TCS Septic when I needed a septic system installed and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The county took a while to get the permits, but as soon as they were ready, Tac showed up on my property the next day and got to work. Haley was super quick with all of the paperwork and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m never going to work with another septic company again!
I have a new septic services provider for sure! When I first reached out to TCS, I left a message to call back. They had provided a mobile number in case I needed immedate attention, which I did not. They called back within 15 minutes and had me scheduled in no time. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. Within the promised service schedule window, Austin the Technician called to let me know he was en route as promised. Onsite, Austin was great. He paid attention to detail during the pump out and was a pleasure to learn from during the process. Billing was simple and he cleand up and and was on his way. Great experience overall Austn!
This may be my first review for anyone, ever. I just really wanted to send a shout out to Ryan for coming up for our emergency today. He took his time and was very thorough, not only in the job he completed, but also in the time he took to explain things to me.
