I've been looking for a good touchless car wash so decided to give this place a try. First off, I noticed it was very overpriced. There was an attendant who did a prewash but failed to mention anything about the importance of folding in my mirrors. Apparently, this is very important so you would think they would alert you of it. When I finally saw the warning sign, I was already entering the car wash and have to fold manually so I tried to position my truck in the middle but the machine definitely scraped my mirror on the first pass and then hit me even harder on the 2nd pass -- to where my truck actually moved. The doors were closed so I had to reposition my truck so it would stop scraping it. When I got out, I realized there were scratches on my mirror and a nice dent in my passenger side door where the machine hit my truck but the person I spoke to (Dennis) denied that my truck moved (after watching the video) and told me someone must have hit it prior to the wash. I think the biggest thing that upset me is the fact he was very quick to dismiss the damage and denied the fact that my truck moved, after watching it on video. Clearly, he did not investigate it much, if at all. Unfortunately, I will need to seek legal advise to clear this up and get access to the video but please beware! You may end up spending much more time and money than you bargained for by going through these machines.

Probably the only touchless automatic car wash in the universe with NO WHEEL GUIDES! Meant for dually trucks but this should be the standard so you can protect your wheels without having to hand wash.

DO NOT USE. Be very careful using their self wash bays. If you just need to spray off your vehicle. 8 mins of wash (no soap just high pressure rinse) time 18.75 charged to my card. $2.34 a min, that is theft.

We needed to wash our almost 3 year old, large dog and decided to give Super Suds a try. When we arrived we were met by a gentleman who explained how everything worked from start to finish. It was a quick tutorial, which was nice, I didn't want to be figuring it out as the time is counting down.
The facility was very clean, he advised several times to ensure you disinfect when finished, but also when starting just to be safe. It was $15 for 10 minutes and we found that to be a great amount of time, we had about 3 minutes left. Our dog just stood, so our time was strictly washing, rinsing and drying.
Based on this experience, we could definitely return to use the dog wash. Thanks for providing such a handy service!!!

Great place to clean your vehicle! Interior cleaning supplies and vacuum included after outside cleaning. Dennis and the other attendants are very nice if you need anything!

Sad that vacuuming was additional cost on top of a regularly priced car wash. Also didn’t think the dryers did as well as other locally.

Staff were so welcoming and nice! This was our first time here, we took advantage of both truck wash and dog wash. The guys working were so nice to explain the instructions to us and made it so nice and easy to use. We will definitely be back!

Well let’s start with I used to LOVE this car wash when they first opened. For the price I paid, I halfway expected my vehicle to come out with a fresh coat of paint, detailed interior, and maybe even a back massage. Instead, I got a basic rinse, and some overall missed spots on the windshield. The staff was polite, but maybe they were just as shocked as I was by the price tag. I suppose if you enjoy paying premium rates for average service and pretending your car is cleaner than it actually is, this is the place for you. So all in all. If you’re looking to spend a small fortune to make your car look like it might have been washed last week, look no further. This place truly redefines what it means to pay more and get less. At this point, I’m just grateful they didn’t charge extra for the water spots. Maybe next time I’ll just burn money in my driveway and call it a day. Perhaps go back to the way things we’re operating when you first opened :) PS the new app is a joke.
