I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple of years and, until recently, had no complaints. They've supported me through general wellness visits, blood work, post-fracture care, and most recently, recovery after ACL surgery. For that, I’ve been grateful.
But my recent experience has left a bad taste. I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment specifically to review my MRI results after they sent me to Colorado Springs Imaging. I showed up as scheduled, got checked in, brought back, and then told by the PA, “Sorry, we don’t have your results yet.
