All I can say is WOW! If you shop here I would work with Chris Davis in Colorado Springs. He had exceptional communication and customer service when me and my wife were shopping for kitchen counter tops. From the start of the process, to the install, we have nothing but good things to say about Stone International. 10/10 guys!

Experience. Stone International installed our countertops in July/ August 2025 and charged us $450 for six metal “floating plate” brackets, which we paid in full. They issued an invoice clearly marked “PAID IN FULL.”
Fast-forward four months, and out of nowhere, they call demanding additional money, claiming they installed “extra brackets.” No one ever informed us about extra brackets during the job, after the job, or when we made the payment. We were never given new pricing, an updated invoice, or anything.
When I explained we are out of town until December 17, their representative, Jose, actually threatened to send us to collections if we didn’t immediately pay this surprise charge.
This is highly unethical. You cannot bill customers months after the fact, after issuing a paid-in-full invoice, and then use threats and intimidation to force them to pay more. It feels like pressure, bullying, and a dishonest business tactic.
No professional company behaves this way. Future customers should exercise caution when dealing with Stone International’s billing practices.

We had been to 4 or 5 countertop retailers in town, been mislead, been subjected to uneducated salespeople, and discovered long lead times. At one place, we told the salesperson the stability and quality we desired, then saw a sample we loved, only to discover it was granite when we received the estimate from them. We were not even told that we had wandered from the quartz we desired. It sounds silly, but after all the searching we had to do - believe me - we know now the difference between the appearance of quartz vs granite!
Then we find Stone International, and Shea Beckman. He is extremely knowledgeable (down to the temperatures that damage which surfaces!), efficient and courteous. They were able to accommodate the install of countertop and backsplash in 2 weeks. (They do not sell the tile required for the backsplash, but work very well with tile companies in town.) We were most impressed with the contractors with whom they work. I was not present for the counter install, but the counter pattern was meticulously lined up from one surface to the next to provide a wonderful flow throughout the kitchen.
Stan, the gentleman that did the tile work, provided nothing less than perfection. It takes a great amount of skill and conscientious pride in his work to deliver this caliber of work. We are most appreciative. Can you imagine living with imperfection you have to look at every day?
We highly recommend Stone International for your countertop needs. We have not been able to stop bragging about them to our friends. It seems a lot of people have been 'meaning to' have this kind of work done in their homes. After all of our previous experiences, we were so tired of this process. So, take our advice and begin with Stone International. It was at that point our upgrade became fun, easy and fast!

We got cabinets and granite countertops from Stone International. Their cabinets are excellent quality for a very reasonable price. The granite is exactly what I was wanting and fit perfectly into our budget. Shea was communicative, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. His knowledge of kitchen design and construction was extremely valuable to ensuring our job was completed successfully. We worked with stone international for the countertops in our new kitchen. They honestly did a great job! Kirsten helped us with our order and our quote, she was thorough and knowledgeable. Their prices were unmatched. We went to multiple suppliers for quotes and stone international beat all of their prices. Even the manager, Shane, went out of his way to help with our large order. They were easy to reach, had the countertops in within a very reasonable amount of time. I wouldn’t go through any other company in the city for countertops and if we need any more we will go back to them. They have great customer service and will not try to over-sell/upsell you. 5 stars. ⭐️
