We needed our sprinklers blown out and my usual guy was not able to schedule me before the snow comes later in the week. I appreciated the ease it was to schedule with Greg , within a weeks time . His assistant Cari was easy to talk to and readily available by phone. Greg was a little behind and so I was glad I called to find out where he was in his day . Cari called him and returned her call to me within 15 minutes or less . It was $85 for 5 zones . I do not know how that compares to other blowout businesses. I was surprised at some of the negative reviews . I found Greg and Cari to be professional and efficient.
Greg provides an exceptional and efficient service. He quickly diagnosed my irrigation problem with one of my zones not firing. He replaced one part and was on his way. Not only is he competent and efficient, he was personable as well. I will definitely use his services.
I would highly recommend this company. They came out early today which was nice. They were very friendly and explained everything to me. Troy was helpful and patient with me while he explained some sprinkler things I wasn't aware of. They also did a full check on the system and were quick, as to keep the visit within a reasonable amount of time for cost effective purposes. I will continue to use this company.
