Yesterday I was late bringing our trash bins out and as I went outside (8:33am) they were driving by! I immediately called and honestly was talking to the most difficult woman on the phone...even after giving her the correct name on the file, she demanded I pay the 35$ fee to have the men re sent to our home and kept assuming I didn't know our own address or something. (Some training and or a talk about common courteously and customer service seems to be in order for her I would hope because I'm sure I am not the only one she felt the need to be so rude and helpless with) I hung up, and called again in a couple minutes and 100% night and day difference in customer service.NIZA...read full review
I lived off Syracuse street and I accidentally forgot to put my cans out I asked the guy nicely who was already on the next house and he was such a gentlemen! He came back to mine! He needs a raise, it was an older gentlemen. I’m a mom of two kids on the spectrum so I get side tracked so the fact he turned out to grab my trash made my day.
Based on some other reviews I guess we are just supposed to be grateful if they pick up our trash but I’m incredibly tired of them leaving the cans at my house directly in the path of vehicles - how hard is it to put it back to the side of the driveway where I put it out? I have young drivers and this is beyond frustrating.Service: Waste recycling
