I hate excuses. I called in to Springs Waste Systems and had a concern. I spoke with Angela and she DID NOT offer a single excuse. She listened to my complaints, repeated them back to make sure she understood. She handled them with NO EXCUSE! Their service has been great as well. Great company. Thanks Angela.
I initially felt concerned after reading some negative Google reviews and expected the cancellation process to be difficult. However, my experience was the exact opposite.
