Signed me up without my consent! They came to my door trying to sell me services, I was somewhat busy at the moment and said to send me the information then I get an email saying I’m signed up. I tried calling and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I actually forgot about it until I came home to a trash bin in front of the house. I’ve now spoken to 3 people and each said there’s a work order put in to pick it up yet the bin is still in the same spot for a week. I’ve sent an email showing photos from my ring cam of it still there even though the so called drivers claim they came but the bin wasn’t out. The absolute worst!

Beware of this company. If they come to your door do not give them your name. My wife gave them her name and they signed her up without her consent. The price was cheaper so we just kept it. But it’s been horrible. They will skip my trash one week. Today they broke my son’s basketball rim. And I’m pissed and I’m pressing charges for fraud.

Cheapest service in all soco, andthey certainly act like it, when i worked trash if I acted like these crews do I would be fired on the spot, the office lady is rude and unprofessional telling me "theres no way they left scattered they are better than that" while I pick up a whole bag that looks like it was just ripped and thrown into my driveway. Just sad really if you have other options go with them
