Provider Spence is awesome. He genuinely seems to care and actually took the time to listen to my long list of concerns. He was shocked when he came into the room to meet me and had actually taken the time to look at my medial record. It was lengthy to get an initial appt but no fault of his. I got lucky and another vet canceled an appt so I was able to get in a few months earlier than my original appointment.
I spoke with Doug about my dermatologist appointment. He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Hopefully I get my appointment as soon as possible. Thank you Doug for your help guiding me in the right direction.
This was my 1st visit to this location to have my 1st appointment with my primary and was a great experience I was able to check in quick and only waited 5 minutes to get seen the nurse was so nice and gave me extra information that I didn't even ask for just in case if I wanted to look into. Then I met my Primary who also was so attentive was very thorough and didn't rush me answered all my questions and after learning about my sleep apnea problems decided to see me more frequently showing she actually cared about my well being. Overall great experience!!!
