This was my 1st visit to this location to have my 1st appointment with my primary and was a great experience I was able to check in quick and only waited 5 minutes to get seen the nurse was so nice and gave me extra information that I didn't even ask for just in case if I wanted to look into. Then I met my Primary who also was so attentive was very thorough and didn't rush me answered all my questions and after learning about my sleep apnea problems decided to see me more frequently showing she actually cared about my well being. Overall great experience!!!
I switched to this clinic from the one on Union Blvd. What a difference! The Space Center clinic is much bigger and nicer. The chairs are way more comfortable, and you even have a nice view from the windows. The staff at both locations are friendly and helpful, but I especially like my new provider, Maisha Tagoilelagi. She's very attentive, listens well, and she's also caring and competent. I'm so glad I switched from the Union Blvd clinic. It's closer to where I live and I feel that I'm going to get better care.
I've been receiving care from the VA since 1999 and this is the best care I've received!
