I highly recommend kellie! both times I've gone to cuts and curls she's done my hair and I've always left proud and feeling 10x hotter. this time I went in for a balyage and I left with a platinum shadow root that I am in awe over! before that I got a vivid hot pink with blonde highlights and low lights. she is amazing!

My hair has been my pride and joy my entire life. In the midst of a mental breakdown I chopped my 20in ponytails off and just left it .... I needed it fixed and I needed to feel new and beautiful.
