I suffer from severe migraines that become debilitating. Vernon was able to get me in and release all the pain. I had been suffering from migraines for 3 days straight, and during our session, my migraine went away. It’s been a week, and I have not had a flare-up. His deep body work and technique help me every time. If you suffer from migraines, schedule an upper body work session with him and get that craniosacral therapy. You won’t regret it.
New customer 2025: Easy scheduling for last minute people like me. His prices are reasonable and I enjoy supporting small businesses. Lots of free parking on the street and in the parking lot. The therapist is AWESOME. I love his deep pressure that really works the aching muscles on my body. He is a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend watching his youtube channel for info on stretches and exercises you can do at home. Very satisfied!
I came in with a muscle spasm in my back that was extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t get it to release. He got it to release and got other muscles loosened up as well. I felt great afterwards. I’ll definitely be back.
