The staff at SK are super helpful and amazing. My product arrived before the date the USPS expected, actually 2 days before the date. Excellent packaging and the products I receive from SK have always been the best. I don't buy from anyone else but SK. I've been purchasing from them since 2018 or 2019.

I use their online store. There was a slight confusion with an order I received. They accidentally sent me someones else's order. I called their number, and they rectified their mistake very quickly, and I had the correct order in less than a week. I have been using this online shop for Kratom tea for a couple years now. They have amazing quality, the kratom is fresh and packaged in easy to reseal bags. Their customer service skills were amazing, on point and they were easy to speak with and find a solution.
