I've been with SK for several years now, I've only ordered but do plan to stop in to a physical location soon. They have NEVER made an error, I've ordered several hundred times and it's always on point. They will reach out if any changes to shipping need to be made. No surprises.
I'm loyal to them for a good reason. Great quality products. No complaints!
