Everytime Ive gone there, theres only ever 1 stylist. I hear that one gets overworked.Most of my stylists have been good except this last one that damaged my hair. She was nice, but had her head ON mine while cutting it. I didnt know if she was napping or trying to kiss me. A bit to close for comfort. She had told me she damaged her own hair. While she was cutting my fine hair with razors, she mentioned how dull they were as she couldn't afford sharpening them. Then blew dry my hair with no roller brush but like as if I walked outside on a very windy day. It was not dried, quite wet still and she tried using the straightener on it. It all immediately became super frizzy and scorched, so she used alot of product to try and tame it. A hair cut took almost 2 hours. There was no shampooing either. And I wanted layers but SHE thought it wouldnt look good for my face. So, unfortunately, I would not recommend Jolene.

My daughter & I had an appointment at 2pm. We got there at 2:05pm and we called to tell them we were running late. We get there and there was one lady sitting there in the middle of getting a perm. We sat there watching one of the ladies falling asleep while working and looked like she was on something.She was the manager. How do they leave someone like that in charge. We walked out of there at 3:05 pm they still hadn't touched either one of our hair ridiculousServices: Hair coloring

Rude, hung up on me. No customer service skills! Dont buy product here they will not exchange even if its for medical reasons! This is only for Hampden location in Denver in the Walmart!

Closed due to staffing shortages. The website should reflect that considering it's been closed for weeks if not months.

I went in and spoke to the manager, I think her name was Margaret and she was very informative. I went home that day with all the information since I was undecisive on what to do with my hair. I called later that day and Michelle took down my number, she told me the manager had stepped out, and that she would pass along my number............still waiting......no call back...? I think she didn't take down my number ?♀️ Weird.

The online booking of appts is difficult! Cant book until same day and cant book for atleast an hour, half them dont have any slots available only an hour after opening. Couldn't call and book an appt... Making it hard for these stylist to have any clients...

Was nobody there and I was there at the time they were supposed to be open. I spoked to Walmart employee, and they said they usually never there.
