All Staff is always very attentive, as if we are their only client. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient, from the most basic of issues up to the most complex. They will take the time to walk me thru their process, as technical as some things can get, I am never made to feel less than, I really appreciate that. They will always follow up, just to make sure all is well still. I can't say enough, they are a great Company!

They try to set up a time in advance for a service request and follow-through with services to address my computer needs and issues. I appreciate that the techs are patient and walk me through any steps required to resolve and issue and always make sure that I am satisfied with the issue resolution before ending the call.
