As a property manager for 20 years and have worked for 3 different management companies Seal Coat Specialties is my "go to" company for everything needed to maintain parking lots. I believe the other review is a different company in a different state.

I have worked with these guys several times and they always do a good job at a fair price. They also do a better job than most when it comes to customer service. I would recommend them!
