Heading back to Ivan for my second visit today for a haircut refresh & color touchup and realized I never left a review for my first, amazing visit a few months ago. I had such a fantastic experience. Ivan is extremely professional, kind, and talented! He’s so confident in cutting curly hair, and proceeds slowly and with the utmost care. As a curly girl new-ish to the area, I’m so grateful to have found this salon.
Salon Ivan is such a gift to our city, and I have never been more satisfied with a haircut in my entire life! Ivan is such a sweetheart. I know other curly girls out there can relate… going to a new stylist for the first time can be terrifying! (I once had someone cut my hair for 4 HOURS! Each time they went back through to fix their mistakes it just got shorter… and shorter… and shorter 😬 🤮)
But sitting in Ivan’s chair for the first time I was completely at ease. He is thoughtful in all he does and truly listens to you. His approach to hair is that of love and understanding. 🌈 Through him I’ve learned to embrace the wild energy my hair brings to my life. He. Is. A. Magician!
