Dr. Wilson and the Rockrimmon team has gone above and beyond helping me transition from glasses to contact lenses. My initial eye exam prescription was a bit strong and led to headaches. When it got tweaked, I still had headaches, and they worked with me to tweak for a third time. They allowed several trial lenses to make sure the ones I bought a year supply of were the right fit! Even when I had to buy lenses from a different company due to a switch in insurance on my behalf, they still allowed a pair of trial lenses while my official year supply came in the mail. I was traveling from Texas for vacation and forgot my contacts at home. I had called at least 5 optometrist offices who said they couldn’t help unless I placed a full contact order. I then called Rockrimmon, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent them my prescription and they gave me a pair of contacts at no cost. I am so appreciative. Thank you all so much!
Front desk reception was amazing and very helpful. We’re from out of town and forgot our contacts back home, we called Rockrimmon and they were so quick and helpful! They provided us with that we needed in less than 10 minutes, no appointment required. So glad we found this place
