Every staff person I encountered was very caring, understanding and attentive. They not only put me at ease, but also my pet. Staff listened to me, answered all my questions and provided a thorough evaluation of my pet. They quickly determined what was causing my pet discomfort and made him feel better before we left. All staff were amazing - from the front desk - tech's, assistants and the Doctor! They truly appeared to care for my pet.
< br />One thing that did stand out - as I was checking out, a dog in the lobby became rather aggressive. One of the front desk staff immediately stepped in to assist both me and the other dog owner. Thank you!!! What... read full review
This staff is amazing and compassionate. I didn't catch names…but I wish I did.
Thank you so much for everything. What I appreciated most is how quick they helped our baby girl! They saw it was an emergency and they acted fast. It was a huge relief.
Absoloutly the best...very thorough exam, and explained all my options. Everyone in the practice were very high level caregivers. What I appreciated most is how they made sure my cat was not in distress and the assurance he would be ok.
