An entire month being told “my doctor didn’t send through anything,” so I’m hounding my doctor about sending through medications, and finally someone who the Medical Asst speaks to magically has all the prescriptions that were “not called in.” Communication sorely lacking and now I’ve gone a month without necessary medication for no reason, since they’ve apparently had them the whole time. Usually they’re great but what a total screw up this time.

Incredibly insensitive of your time.Staff doesn’t communicate with each other. Pharmacist canceled prescription as I was waiting. Came back up to tech and he couldn’t believe she canceled it. I waited an hour when it was already approved for pickup 2 hours earlier. Kept charging me and arguing back and forth. This isn’t the first time people are left waiting. There is always someone upset when I come to pickup. Heed my warning. ⚠️

Pharmacy has issues from filling prescriptions, excess wait times sometimes over hour after calling 3-4 days ahead. Not counting pills correctly, not having in stock for week at time, etc. These issues having been going on over a year now.
