About PeopleReady
PeopleReady in Colorado Springs is a part of a large national network with over 640 locations across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The local branch has a quiet office with staff who are patient, professional, and capable of handling busy situations. Despite occasional chaos, such as when several staff members are unavailable and the phone lines are busy, the team remains calm and efficient. One staff member, in particular, is praised for their friendliness and professionalism, especially when managing long hold times and providing options like callback requests. The staff are recognized for their support and ability to keep things running smoothly during hectic times, showing that good customer support still exists. However, there are some issues, such as problems with the app that is used to find work, which often does not display available jobs properly. Additionally, a staff member was noted to be rude when a worker requested to join a different job ticket. Overall, success at PeopleReady depends on effort and attitude; workers who show they care and do a good job can be noticed and hired for permanent positions. The branch encourages people to visit, work hard, and take advantage of the opportunities available, highlighting that with dedication, positive results can follow.
They never have any jobs posted.
These people need to be investigated! Never paid me and I called they said they would send me a card nothing. Multiple calls and nothing. They never have jobs and rhe ones they have are only manual labor which I clarified I have limitations and they said yes they have other work but never saw any. There is only so much time before the effort is worth more then the pay. This place truly needs to be investigated by the State of Colorado. In fact I may submit a complaint myself. After reading others reviews it blows my mind they are allowed to continue! This is a first to say but if I could rate 0 stars I would. What a horrible employment agency.
Their servise is getting better thats for sure... when they call it go and dont miss a day so pretty fair... just not everyday work...
