The barber didn't listen. He butchered my son's long curly hair. He cut it to the side after being told multiple times that we wanted it straight forward. It's crooked, stringy and awful! Now we need to wait 4 days for them to open and try to fix it OR pay someone else to try and fix it so my poor kid will take his hood off.Edit: Erin is extremely responsive , offering to fix my son's hair, as well as a refund. A different person, I think his name is Chris, cut my older son's hair and did a great job. We're just very very upset about my youngest son's haircut. Now this is a barber shop. No sports gimmicks here just a good haircut. My favorite feature is the reservation system, pick your day and time and your favorite barber! My favorite barber is Sue!

This is an awesome barber shop! My barber is Leo, but the rest of the crew is amazing! Reasonably priced and family friendly shop! I love the way they honor those in service professions!
