Holy. Ordered shoes off TikTok shop and they failed to deliver 3 times. I’ve added paragraphs of instructions so I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want to deliver to an apartment complex and automatically said they failed and said it’s because I wasn’t available. Shall I sit outside just waiting for the truck all day? Worst customer service known to man as well. If you see they are delivering I’d just cancel right away so you can get your money back and not spend weeks waiting for a package that will never come. Ordered a phone and unfortunately they chose this “logistics” company. Item was picked up and no updates for a week. Contacting them is nearly impossible. The phone number doesn’t ring and they don’t have a published email address on their site. The chatbot goes in circles until you tell it “agent” numerous times and even then have to carefully select options before getting a “real person” (not too sure it’s a human).
