OnTrac is a delivery service that generally delivers packages on time. While some customers have experienced issues with tracking, others have received their orders without problems. OnTrac has also been praised for delivering packages in secure locations. However, a few customers have reported incidents of damaged packages due to rough handling. Overall, OnTrac seems to get the job done, but with some room for improvement.
COLORADO SPRINGS AREA: DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING YOU ORDERED THROUGH THIS COMPANY. LET THE COMPANY KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT ONTRAC TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGES, THEY ALWAYS HAVE OTHER OR ALTERNATIVELY SHIPPING COMPANIES. I BOUGHT VITAMINS FOR MY SENIOR DOG. THEY WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. CHEWY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT, IT WAS ALSO SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I HAVE PIX TO PROVE IT WASN'T DELIVERED TO US!! FEDEX UPS USPS KNOWS HOW TO DO THERE JOB!! MY ALTERNATIVELY SHIPPING COMPANY IS FEDEX NOW WITH CHEWY MY SENIOR DOG WILL HAVE HER NEEDS MET ON TIME TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. DONT CHOOSE THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING COMPANY!!
Holy. Ordered shoes off TikTok shop and they failed to deliver 3 times. I’ve added paragraphs of instructions so I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want to deliver to an apartment complex and automatically said they failed and said it’s because I wasn’t available. Shall I sit outside just waiting for the truck all day? Worst customer service known to man as well. If you see they are delivering I’d just cancel right away so you can get your money back and not spend weeks waiting for a package that will never come. Ordered a phone and unfortunately they chose this “logistics” company. Item was picked up and no updates for a week. Contacting them is nearly impossible. The phone number doesn’t ring and they don’t have a published email address on their site. The chatbot goes in circles until you tell it “agent” numerous times and even then have to carefully select options before getting a “real person” (not too sure it’s a human). Each time they told me the package was lost and to contact the shipper. Then the package updated it was in Florida. I don’t live anywhere on the way to or close to Florida.
