This is a companion review to one I left for them two years ago after a frustating and incomplete boiler replacement. Please refer to that one for backstory.
I had no heat to living room/kitchen zone and the three zone valves were from the original install and had never been replaced, a continuing aggrevation to me. I removed the zone valve controller and just opened the valve so we could have heat.
Called One Source and Bobby came out. Related the problems and frustrations, he related the former tech who did the slipshod install was his last job with the company and he was a known problem.

Trey was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I can tell he takes pride in his work. I pray he's well compensated for the work that he does. He is an outstanding asset to your company.
I'm starting this review with a neutral 3 star rating with expectations for it to go up or down, depending on the work. So far, they gave us a 2 hour window and called 30 minutes after it expired to tell us they're going to be an hour and 40 minutes late.
Jamie was awesome when she came out for the initial estimate. She brought pizza and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Who does that! If I could give her five stars outside of this review, I certainly would.
We'll see how things go from here. Will update.
