It's such a relief to have an honest plumber that you don't have to fight to get work done. I still get quotes and 2nd opinions from other outfits but I keep sticking with Olson because their work is outstanding.
Called last week to make an appointment to have my boiler inspected and was surprised to get one scheduled so quickly!
They contacted me the morning of and the tech arrived shortly after. Tony was awesome! He was very informative, and explained each step he was taking. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service! My family has been using Olsen for years and will definitely continue to do so. Thank you!!!
Found a awful leak coming from a pipe connected to our water heater just after midnight. I called and was told I’d be getting a call from a tech asap. Tyler called me and was able to help me over the phone. He was amazing and was talking to me like he could see all of the same pipes and valves that I was looking at. Once the water stopped shooting out of the pipe, he explained that someone still needed to come out, explained why and what the price would be, and said Chase was on the way.
