Called to get someone to come out to look at a potential leak in my toilet. They were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The technicians were easy to work with and they even were able to make multiple trips after hours. Cannot recommend enough
We had a great experience with Ryan Bradley Read troubleshooting and repairing our air conditioning problem. Bradley’s expertise and people skills were incredibly great. His patience in articulating what was going on was the best we have ever experienced. Thank you for a superb repairman experience!!
We just had another great plumbing experience with Dwayne James who expertly diagnosed and quickly fixed a bathroom and kitchen faucet issue. Dwayne was incredibly skilled and efficient and his ability to explain the issues and deal with us as customers was wonderful. Thank you for another great Olson experience.
Super experience. Kitchen sink was not draining properly. When I called, the service gal, ( Brianna?) gave me their rates up front- hourly and then explained travel. She scheduled a 4 hour window for the next day, and let me know they would call 30 minutes before they were due to be at the house. They were well within the 4 hours and they called within 30 minutes of arrival. It was so wonderful that they were prompt! Antonio is the person who helped us and my husband who was here, said he was very professional and courteous- and did a great job.
