Called to schedule routine furnace service last week. My husband met him for the appointment while I was working. Neal, the owner, told my husband that he didn't need to watch him work or follow him through the house. My husband told him he absolutely would watch him while he was in our house. Apparently Neal left at that point because I got a call from Neal 5 minutes after our appointment time saying he doesn't work under supervision and he was DONE and hung up on me. I don't know what kind of clients don't keep an eye on strangers doing work in their home, but we are not one of them.

These guys are the best! I don't just mean price wise I mean total package! Oh the prices are unbeatable but for sure the are fast, polite, professional and quick!! no hard sell, no unnecessary work. my furnace went but but my air conditioner was fine, no! oh you have to replace both! I will have them out every year for service for my furnce, Neil you and your guys have earned a life long customer! Thank you from my toasty warm house to yours!
