I was/am quite surprised by the efficiency, expertise and kindness of the entire team. Jasmine was so knowledgeable and clear about everything. The retail side was equally impressive. Very pleased with the entire experience.

From the moment I walked into LensCrafters, every single person on staff was professional and caring. The eye exam was smooth, and all my questions were answered. While looking for frames, the staff was quite helpful, especially when it came to the fitting of the frames. Overall, I was really impressed!

Exam went well. Had some technical problems but the staff pushed through it with professionalism. Fitting went extremely well and I was happy to see they were concerned about making sure I had the perfect fit.
