We finished building our custom home with Murphy's a little over 12 months ago, and are very happy. Starting with their front end process, we were able to begin designing our home just the way we wanted it. Murphy's listened to our needs but also helped us wherever we needed, since this was our first time building. Despite the work starting in 2021 in the midst of price escalations and material delays, Murphy's had us moved in within 1 year of ground breaking. Their cost control methods also helped us to stay within budget, and we were able to add the finishing of our basement (which was outside of our original plan) for a reasonable extra cost during construction. During this last year following construction, minor warranty items have been addressed and their team has stood by their reputation of high quality work. Building a house is a big task, so we are very thankful for all the hard work and honesty from Tim, Beth, Terry, Shane, Brice and Maria, as well as all the high quality vendors and sub contractors they have built relationships with.
