Ian is attentive, honest, and the most reliable inspector I've worked with. He always goes above and beyond to make his clients feel comfortable, confident, and very well informed. His ability to catch safety and maintenance issues has saved myself and clients thousands of dollars in repairs. He does an excellent job offering his expertise and helping us understand the significance of various concerns. The cherry on top--his prices are hard to beat! Highly recommend!!

My clients received really great service with Ian! He was thorough and friendly. He walked my clients through the home to personally go over items he found and was recommending repairs on. He made sure to address all of their concerns and offered his knowledge base of potential solutions/repairs. He even went out of his way to help me on a different house I had listed in the area. Great service by a great professional!

Ian from Mr Home Check was very thorough. He pointed out all the issues and even showed us some of the great things about the home. Not only did he include pictures and videos in his inspection that I was able to download for my records his price is very competitive and affordable for first time buyers. I highly recommend him I called him and he was able to perform an inspection the following day. I highly recommend him for your home inspection needs!
