Mr Home Check

I had the pleasure of working with Ian, Mr. Home Check, on his inspection of my prospective home. He was friendly, professional and very thorough in his investigation of the property. I had the report before 8:00 the next morning! This report is very detailed, flagged for three different levels of concern on issues regarding the property. There are detailed recommendations so I'll know what to ask from the next professional through the door. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend. It was a 10/10 process!

Ian is attentive, honest, and the most reliable inspector I've worked with. He always goes above and beyond to make his clients feel comfortable, confident, and very well informed. His ability to catch safety and maintenance issues has saved myself and clients thousands of dollars in repairs. He does an excellent job offering his expertise and helping us understand the significance of various concerns. The cherry on top--his prices are hard to beat! Highly recommend!!

My clients received really great service with Ian! He was thorough and friendly. He walked my clients through the home to personally go over items he found and was recommending repairs on. He made sure to address all of their concerns and offered his knowledge base of potential solutions/repairs. He even went out of his way to help me on a different house I had listed in the area. Great service by a great professional!
