Had them install a furnace in 2019 and now I can't get ahold of them. My furnace is acting up. Hoping for some contact.

I had my furnace installed 14 months ago and today it is dead as a door nail. I paid extra for an extended warranty that was supposed to cover everything for 3 years. Today I found out that this company has disappeared completely, which means I absolutely threw my money away on a new furnace and a warranty that is WORTHLESS. The company they “transferred” their clients to refuses any warranty work. This seems like it should be illegal to take money and disappear! Additionally, they never cleaned my vents like they were supposed to and I also discovered that the inspection was never completed. Very friendly on the phone and when they come to the house, it's getting the follow though complete. Office lady has told me many times she would call my back.... no call back. I call and its was pass on to Ronny, no call from Ronny. I would call to schedule a time then I would get a call back, that it was schedule already on a different day but was not put in the notes. I did get the phone call from the owner 1 time, when he thought I was not going to pay them.Wish they talked to each other better.They went out of business and handed everything to One Source Home Services.
