Had an awesome experience in my class- my instructor that is encouraging and patient and would help me and the others in the group to understand the exercises. I was nervous about passing but having him as a coach helped as he helped me and reminded me to relax and not overthink. I would recommend Motorcycle Training Academy to anyone!
I had an issue where the state DMV system wasn't recognizing my MSF course completion due to an error on their end — the trainer ID was entered incorrectly by the state, not MTA. I called MTA, they returned my call in a timely manner, and jumped into action immediately. They didn't just confirm their records — they called the DMV rep I was speaking with directly, stayed on the line, and even escalated the issue with their state-level contact in real time. They didn’t make excuses. They worked the issue live, stayed engaged the entire time, and ultimately helped get it resolved the same day while I was still at the DMV!
