Mathews Metro heating and cooling for many years for my furnace needs, and they have always did an excellent job. The last time they identified that the gas valve what is operational, but the adjustment screw was not working and said the temperature was running high and could be a hazard for CO2 poisoning. They did give me a good discount for the part and service, but in the end they were not able able to find a gas valve for my furnace, leaving me to find another resolution for the problem. New review: Still five stars! Mitchell sent Logan to our house the morning after we called for furnace repair service. Logan promptly diagnosed (faulty ignitor) and quoted us the cost of repair on our furnace. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain everything, as well as his inspection of and insights into the health of our 27 year old system. A few hours and a reasonably priced repair later, our heat is working again!Old review: Had a 2-ton Lennox AC unit installed to a preexisting duct system.
