The people were very informed of the wishes that mom left with them. They did not try to up sell anything. They walked us through the processes needed and and answered all our questions. Very professional and compassionate.
Our family was amazed of how Brianda (the funeral director) was knowledgeable, empathetic and sincere. Their team did a tremendous job in every aspect at my late family members service. I highly recommend them for their expertise and compassionate hearts! Thank you so much for everything!!
I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with a woman named Maria. The general manager, Amber, took the reins after I posted a review documenting my issues, and took care to follow through on placing my mother's ashes in with my father months after she passed. I appreciate how Amber handled what should have been a seamless transition. I still think Maria has no business working in this industry, and she needs to be held accountable for her dishonesty and passing the buck.
