I had the pleasure of working with Kaily on designing the perfect engagement ring. I was given a specific vision for the piece and had a hard time finding the right jeweler with all the designs/custom choices available. More than just a vast set of options, Luisa Graff (and Kaily specifically) did an absolutely exceptional job helping me through the process (first time here).
