Great customer service. Very prompt and professional. They sized down a 90+ year old ring that I was given from my Grandmother. It’s beautiful and fits perfectly! Would highly recommend

I had lost the main diamond in my wedding ring due to two prongs being broken. I wanted to make sure I went to a reputable jewelry place with good reviews. The first jewelry store that popped up in Google was. Lisa Graff jewelers. What caught my attention was the reviews were excellent. So I use their little chat and they texted back say to bring in the ring and they could take a look to see if they could fix it. Spoke with Gloria on the phone she had called me in saying you can come in as a walk-in or make an appointment so I set an appointment to come in.
