I am so impressed and grateful to London Dry Cleaning. I was in a bid due to a funeral service that we needed to get to, and they went up and beyond to help make it possible to get the suit to us in time. Used them for my husband's dress uniform but cannot go back as it was too expensive and we paid extra for them to set up everything but my husband had to go back over their work and correct it because they were not lined up or straight so paid all that for nothing

I called on Tuesday for pickup on Friday, they never picked up my laundry. I called today to see what was going on, got a bunch of excuses, the lady I to said she would talk to driver manager, I then asked her to call me what the decision was. No call back, obviously they don't have a clue about customer service.

The staff is always so pleasant! I have set up an account with them which makes it even faster to drop off and pick up. I haven't tried their delivery service yet. They are currently having a problem getting hangers and are happy to accept used ones.
