One day I woke up to find that the Sun had a personal vendetta against me and absolutely *attacked* my bathroom window—shattered it for no reason like we had unresolved beef. No storm, no Rocks, no Baseballs or Golfballs…. Just pure aggression. The motive is still under investigation.
Brody showed up, did the estimate in under 10 minutes, and fixed it faster than it took me to answer the door.
Fast, professional, and possibly magical. Highly recommend.

The cost was reasonable, communication was terrific and they immediately scheduled initial quote visit and followed up with completing the work. They fixed a window that had not opened in years and replaced broken tabs on our double-hungs. Wish I had called them years ago.
Wonderful service from estimate to install, Lightning was above and beyond. When they set up the estimate, they arrived during the quoted window. They accurately quoted the order timeframe and when they scheduled the install, I had a conflict and they adjusted more than accordingly to get in and out fast with time to spare. No annoying back and forth and they beat other estimates by a significant margin. Friendly and informative, will happily call Lightning first for any glass needs in the future.
