Where can I begin. First off I'm 32 years old, and already have had multiple surgeries on my lumbar spine for a degenerating disk. Long story short the disk needed to be removed, I have a great deal of sciatic pain, and terrible migraines. I've tried virtually every treatment method under the sun, up to and including having a spinal cord stimulator inserted in my body to help mask the pain. Conventional chiropractic was part of this myriad of different treatments I tried. Acupuncture, injections, surgery, physical therapy, massage, chiropractor, and all manner of medications. Needless to say none really worked. For the most part I had given up expecting that I would ever feel relief. I was naturally skeptical, but given I'd tried everything else already I felt I had nothing to lose. Dr. Shelly took all of my measurements which didn't mean much to me other than to say I was carrying almost 20 lbs. more weight on my right side than my left. Later she laid me down (as you can see in the video) , and gently pressed on my upper neck/lower skull to gradually push my atlas bone back into alignment. Each time she did I could hear what sounded like fingertips lightly tapping on my neck, which was the sound of my atlas slowly moving back into place. Once she was done I could feel tense muscles in my back start releasing their grip leaving my back feeling weary and sore. I could also feel what I can only describe as a rush of cold water washing through my lower legs and feet. I'm given to understand that was from the pressure on my brain stem being released so nerve signals I hadn't felt in a long time were finally making it to my brain. Afterward she took me for follow up x-rays to check my alignment, and had me step on the scale again. Miraculously after a single re-alignment, my weight deficit had shrunk from nearly 20 lbs. on my right side to less than 3! What's more, my first treatment was almost a week ago but my symptoms have remained noticeably improved by probably 40%! I'm confident this is what was causing my migraines as well so I'm hoping those will taper off too. It's an amazing feeling, and one I almost didn't hear about because of how specialized this treatment is. No more back popping, or injections for me! If you, or anyone you know is struggling with pain, or migraines I would highly recommend you give this a try!
