I just read they are closed I've been paying monthly while I'm in Florida for the last six months planning on coming back with six massages lined up. I guess I need to call the credit card company and claw my money back

I have enjoyed having a membership but I'm so dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I have tried to call and book appointment on the app and can't. Decided to show up to the business only to find it closed with now sign. After asking the neighboring businesses what is happening , I was told that someone bought out the business. This lack of communication is upsetting and unacceptable.

I am having an appointment 3/8/24, we arrive and the place is closed. It said it is close in google app. I invested almost $200 for a couple massage. I called them a couple times and no one pick up the phone. I am wondering is this place closed permanently? How can I get my money back? This is very upsetting, not happy for this.

I had a facial today and was disappointed .My neck was never touched and the while the mask was on I never got the neck massage I was told by the receptionist.

I was given a gift to come here about 2 weeks ago, and I had an incredible massage. I saw Fred, and he was very experienced and intelligent. It was by far the best massage I ever received, and he even gave me a preliminary diagnosis for my never-ending lower back pain. I never had any therapist or doctor, for that matter, know what's causing my issues, and what he said made sense, and I was thankful for his input. I have something to go off of now! Fred massaged just right too, deep enough that it felt amazing but somehow didn't cause any pain, just comfort and relaxation. I would definitely sign up for their membership if it were in my budget! Thanks for the great experience.

I have gotten frequent massages for over five years now, and I am so impressed by la Vida that I have convinced friends to join their membership!Patricia and Jorge are my two favorite masseuse’s here! They both really have that magic touch. Whether you ask for light medium or hard, they do it perfectly. I prefer more medium to hard to get the knots out. I had a friend who was scared because her only massage experience was horrible and she wanted a light massage, now she pre-books Jorge! Patricia is harder to book as she gets booked out almost a month but I promise you’ll be so happy with either!
